Physical Products (Books and Paperbacks)
Return Window
You may return physical products within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, physical products must be:
In their original condition (unused, unmarked, and undamaged)
In the original packaging where applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Process

Provide your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Refunds for Physical Products
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Provide photos of the damage or defect
We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs
Digital Products (Downloads)
No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Exceptions
We will consider refund requests for digital products only in the following circumstances:
Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the download (we will work with you to resolve access issues first)
Duplicate purchases made in error (please contact us within 24 hours)
You were charged but did not receive access to the digital product
Download Issues
If you experience technical difficulties downloading your digital product:

We will assist you in accessing your download or provide an alternative delivery method
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item:
Return the original item following our return process
