At Roena Sydney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Physical Products (Books and Paperbacks)

Return Window

You may return physical products within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, physical products must be:

  • In their original condition (unused, unmarked, and undamaged)

  • In the original packaging where applicable

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@roenasydney.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refunds for Physical Products

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item

  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase price

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@roenasydney.com

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect

  • We will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs

Digital Products (Downloads)

No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests for digital products only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the download (we will work with you to resolve access issues first)

  • Duplicate purchases made in error (please contact us within 24 hours)

  • You were charged but did not receive access to the digital product

Download Issues

If you experience technical difficulties downloading your digital product:

  • Contact us at hello@roenasydney.com within 7 days of purchase

  • We will assist you in accessing your download or provide an alternative delivery method

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Processing Time

  • Physical Product Returns: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item

  • Digital Product Refunds: (If approved under exceptional circumstances) Processed within 3-5 business days of approval
